Russia talks multilateral co-op formats with Azerbaijan’s participation

New mechanisms of multilateral cooperation like Russia-Azerbaijan-Turkey, Russia-Azerbaijan-Iran, Iran-Azerbaijan-Turkey will be formed if it is necessary, Russian Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on February 8.
“These formats emerge when there is necessity,” she said. “There are a lot of other formats. This is just a tool that is necessary to solve a particular issue. Everything depends on the necessity to address a particular issue of international relations.”
