Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will be on an official visit in Baku on November 19-20, Hikmat Hajiyev, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s spokesman, told Trend on November 17.
Lavrov is scheduled to meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and other high-ranking officials within the framework of the visit, Hajiyev said.
He added that following the meeting, a joint press conference with the participation of both ministers will be held.
