Tourism Cases Forum due in Baku

Baku will host Tourism Cases Forum, first ever event of this kind to be held in Azerbaijan on September 27.

The forum to take place in Ramada Hotel Ganjlik, will be attended by national travel agencies, representatives of hotels and other representatives in tourism sphere. Forum is intended to gather experts specialized in the sphere of tourism and devoted to different topics related to the current tourism market, emphasizes its weaknesses, development perspectives and the ways of strengthening of internal/arrival tourism.

The speakers majored in tourism industry will make a speech on the subject of “survival” of tour agencies in present conditions, ways of attracting local tourists to the hotels alongside with foreign visitors and deliver speech for those, who desire to set up their own business taking advantage of reduction in the interest to the oil industry.

The main purpose of the event is to endorse the interest shown in tourism market subsequent to the latest changeovers taken place, to contribute to the elimination of weak sides of the market on the ground of discussion and give primary instructions in regards to avoidance of fraud towards tourists.

Forum will be divided into two panels. We will start at 14:00 and finish 19:00. Ticket price 20 manats ($12).
