PACE rapporteurs cancel visit to Azeri region over snow
The visit by co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to Azerbaijan’s northern Guba region has been postponed due to wintry weather.
Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt have been on a visit to Baku since Tuesday to monitor Azerbaijan’s implementation of its Council of Europe commitments and the conditions provided for the work of democratic and civil society institutions.
