Prices in Baku secondary housing market slightly down
The average price in the secondary housing market declined in Baku in December 2011 by 0.4 percent to $955 per square meter compared to $959 in November, the public organization Property Market Participants told Trend news agency.
The volumes of supply in the secondary housing market increased 1 percent in December. Over 7,500 apartments were offered for sale in the market in December.
The share of secondary residences offered in the domestic market at a below-average price amounted to 52.1 percent. The average price per room was $43,166, while that of apartments - $111,334 in December.
The number of sale transactions with secondary apartments decreased by 0.5 percent.
