Azeri president attends opening of Nizami movie theatre after reconstruction

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva on Thursday attended the inauguration of Nizami movie theatre after the major reconstruction work.

The reconstruction of the theatre was carried out in accordance with Azerbaijani President's decree on development of Azerbaijan movie industry.

The theater has 50 and 80-seat auditorium on the ground floor, 500-seat major cinema hall on the first floor and 24-seat VIP cinema hall on the fourth floor.

The theater will also house shopping centers on the ground floor, cafeterias on the first floor, café club and press center on the third floor, 250-seat restaurant of national and European cuisine and administrative rooms on the fourth and fifth floors.

President and his spouse watched the fragments from movies in VIP and major halls.
