“YOU CAN” project of HUMAN Foundation launched
YARAT Contemporary Art Space has launched YOU CAN project organized by HUMAN Foundation on March 3.
The event organized in frame YARAT Freestyle project, is an open platform for everyone who looks to engage creatively with a broad and diverse audience.
YARAT FREESTYLE aims to set up a scene for creative groups and individuals and is open to actors, dancers, performance artists, musicians and other cultural practitioners. Anyone with a project or an idea can reach out to us.
Human Foundation is a union of people irrespective of nationality, religion and race. It is a foundation where everybody continuously shares their knowledge, skills, kindness, support and love. We are all different, but one thing unites us: we are all Humans!
YOU CAN project consists of presentations of people with limited physical abilities, who have succeeded in life despite huge obstacles. The aim of the project is motivating and guiding people.
The first participant of the YOU CAN project is Vusala Karimova. In consequence of a spinal injury she is a wheelchair user. New life: winner of the 1st place at competition "continental Cup" in Moscow on dancing in a wheelchair; winner of the bronze Cup at the contest "Open Taipei City Cup", finalist and participant in the International Cup, world and European Championships (Poland, Korea, Italy, etc.), the 2nd place winner in fencing in Azerbaijan and participates in international competitions. Today Vusala Karimova works in ASAN, Deputy Director of the public organization "Assistance to sportsmen with disabilities", a student at the law faculty of the Moscow State University of Economics.
