"Telescope" to be performed on Baku’s stage

The "Telescope" based on the play of writer Elchin staged by People's Artist Irana Tagizade will be performed on the stage of Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre on October 8.
The hero of the story is a man who has a clinical death during which he appears between heaven and earth, and must decide either back to life, or to disappear in the eternity.
His first wife became his guide, a guardian angel, in the afterlife, helping to adapt to the new environment.
She tells him about the telescope, with which he learns whether his relatives and friends remember him. It turns out that the whole life of the man has been a self-deception, illusion of prosperity and happiness. He is amazed by hypocrisy and pettiness of the people he knew and loved.
Such artists as Azerbaijani people's artist Yuri Baliev, Alexander Nikishin, honored artists Salman Bayramov, Natalia Baliyeva, Fuad Osmanov, and actors of theater Natavan Hajiyeva, Teymur Ragimov, Inna Imranova, Elshad Murtuzov, Milana Mardahanova, Farida Nesterenko, Bella Safina, Maria Dubovitskaya, Yaroslav Trifonov, Yegana Huseynli and Maya Vorobzhanskaya are performing in the play.
