Azerbaijani culture to be taught at Moroccan University
A ceremony has been held at the Literature and Humanities Faculty of the Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco, to launch a study program on Azerbaijani language, civilization and culture.
The first project of its kind in the Arab world, it is implemented under a bilateral agreement between the Baku State University and Mohammed V University, AzerTag state news agency reported.
The program, aimed at master`s and doctor`s degree students,
will contribute to the promotion of Azerbaijani culture.
Participants in the event included management of the Mohammed V
University, representatives of the Moroccan Foreign Ministry,
staffers of the Azerbaijani Embassy, members of Morocco-Azerbaijan
Friendship Society, students and local public figures.
