Modern Art Museum to host Italian photo exhibition

An Italian exhibition will open the Modern Art Museum in Baku on April 26.
Called "Capri Trend. Traveling photo exhibition from Capri - Italy", the event is organized by the Capri Foundation in collaboration with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Museum of Modern Art.
Celebrating five years of activity by the Foundation, the exhibition was presented in five different countries.
It includes works by famous Italian photographers Ferdinando Scianna, Olivo Barbieri, Maurizio Galimberti, Francesco Jodice, and Irene Kung
The exhibition will include about 30 photographs promoting Capri's culture and beauty, and will run until May 31, 2014.
Founded in 2009 by a group of entrepreneurs and local authorities to promote the culture of the Capri Island, the Capri Foundation holds workshops and open lectures after five years of activities devoted to culture, contemporary art, photography, and dance.
