Dilara to continue promo tour in Georgia

Georgia would be the next stop on the promotional tour of Azerbaijani entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 Dilara Kazimova.

Dilara has already visited the Netherlands and Lithuania, Hungary and Russia. She will visit Tbilisi to appear on TV and give interview to local media on April 22.

During the tour, Dilara will perform at local TV and radio stations and meet the representatives of local media; she will also get acquainted with her fans and light up the stage with popular local musicians.

Her day in Georgian capital will start with a morning show at major TV Channel GPB, then she is scheduled to visit radio stations, newspapers and magazines.

The highlight of the day will be a joint interview with fellow Eurovision 2014 contestant from Georgia - Mariko Ebralidze, who is taking the stage in Copenhagen along with music band The Shin.

Earlier, Dilara performed at the annual Eurovision pre-party in Moscow, Russia, on April 20. She also appeared on Moscow 24 TV channel, and gave interviews to top entertainment newspapers and magazines along with online resources and radio stations.

The last destination on Dilara's exciting travel across Europe is Malta on April 25, after which she will head for Copenhagen on May 6.

Dilara's strong and exciting voice will compete in the first semifinal of the ESC. Leading bookmakers consider her among the top five contenders.

The gifted singer will add traditional soul to the "Start a Fire" modern ballad.

An established artist who is quite popular in Azerbaijan, Dilara is about to attract a wider European audience. Dilara's operatic training gives her impressive vocal diversity and permits a repertoire that ranges from soul and opera, jazz, and pop.

The singer has already participated twice in the national selection of Eurovision, reaching the final stage in 2008 and 2010. She is also the prizewinner of the "New Wave 2010"contest in Yurmala, Latvia.
