MTV to bring world stars to Azerbaijan
BAKU - MTV, the world’s most popular music channel, will launch a long-term project in Azerbaijan that will bring a slew of world-famous singers and Hollywood actors to the country, the broadcaster’s executive said Friday.
Matthew Goldstein, MTV’s regional manager for Eurasia, told a press conference in Baku that this will be made possible by organizing a major three-year festival in Azerbaijan with the TV channel’s support.
