Music lovers to celebrate birthday of national composer

A concert dedicated to the 60th anniversary of composer Azad Zahid will be held at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall on November 29.
The event is co-organized by TV channel "Mədəniyyət" (Culture), Azerbaijani radio and the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall, Trend Life reported.
Honored actress, laureate of international competitions Gulnaz Ismayilova, laureate of international competitions, pianist Saida Tagizade and others will take part in the concert program
The singers will be accompanied by the Niyazi Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, Honored Artist of the Arts, Nazim Hajialibayov.
At the evening, the Jahangir Jahangirov's will be conducted by choir's artistic director Shahla Alakparova.
The concert starts at 19:00.
Tickets can be acquired in the ticket offices in Baku.
