Azerbaijan is a country of contrasts, differences and amazing people. The first time visitors are impressed by the beauty, history, architecture, nature and culture of the Land of Fire.
Most of tourists visiting Azerbaijan happily share their experiences with friends or in blogs, telling about the amazing beauty of Baku, its fantastic nature and details of their everyday life here.
The tour to Azerbaijan inspired Kazakh tourist Nassikha
Gumarovna to write a book about the country, which is situated on
the Great Silk Road, and divided partially between Eastern Europe
and Western Asia.
Those seven days that she spent in the Land of Fire, she called
happy, exciting and unforgettable days.
The book titled "Baku - through the eyes of a Kazakhstani woman"
features episodes from the history and life of Azerbaijan and its
capital Baku, Nassikha Gumarovna said.
“After visiting Baku, Azerbaijan and witnessing everything with my
own eyes, I tried to familiarize everyone with the country and its
people in the real form. Azerbaijan is a country that honors its
age-old history, honors the victims for their struggle for
independence and freedom,” she said.
The book was written in two months, which, she admits, she wrote
with great love.
“It was an inspiration!” Gumarovna said. “It is a pity that I have
small height and small hands, otherwise I would hug Baku with great
love and for a long time would not let it go! I would press it to
my chest like my own child, close my eyes, gently hugging it for a
long time.
“It impressed me at first sight and forever. It is impossible not to fall in love with this city!,” Gumarovna admires, devoting the book to her dear friends-Azerbaijanis, to the friendly people of Azerbaijan as a token of gratitude and admiration.
