The forums held discussions on the technical, organizational and legal issues related to the national use of the Internet, and exchange of views.

Similar regional forums allow to deeply and effectively analyze problems of Internet governance at the regional level, as well as the results achieved and put forward proposals to the IGF. Such forums raise the level of technical expertise on Internet Governance, which is awareness in the region about the ongoing processes and innovations in this field.
