CIS countries to mull industrial security in Nakhchivan
The Azerbaijani city of Nakhchivan will host the 12th Meeting of the Interstate Council on Industrial Safety on September 16-17 at an initiative of the CIS Executive Committee.
The meeting will be organized by Azerbaijan's Emergency Situations Ministry, according to a message from the ministry.
It will focus on strengthening partnerships in ensuring the industrial safety at the hazardous production facilities, as well as the prospects of sharing experience in this area.
The meeting will be attended by representatives of the relevant structures of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, CIS Executive Committee and the UN Economic Commission for Europe.
