Azerbaijani firms invited to invest in Sudan
Sudan's State Minister at the Ministry of Oil, Hatim Abul-Gasim has invited oil companies from Azerbaijan to invest in the oil and natural gas sector in Sudan.
The issues of investment in Sudan's economy were mulled at the meeting of Hatim Abul-Gasim and Azerbaijani ambassador to Sudan Shahin Abdullayev, bernama.com reported.
The meeting also considered the possibility of cooperation between the two countries in the oil sector and ways of consolidating bilateral relations, particularly in the economic, natural gas and petroleum sectors.
The state minister welcomed Azerbaijan's desire to cooperate with Sudan and to join the oil investment in the country.
Abdullayev in turn expressed Azerbaijan's desire to cooperate with Sudan in various spheres of economy.
