NATO's Appathurai to visit Baku
The NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia, James Appathurai, will visit Baku on February 16, NATO's press service told Trend on February 11.
During the visit, Appathurai will hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials.
NATO and Azerbaijan are actively cooperating on democratic, institutional, and military reforms, and enjoy practical cooperation in various areas.
The Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation is carried out within the "Partnership for Peace" program. Earlier, NATO adopted a document of the fourth stage of the Individual Partnership Action Plan for 2015-2016.
