Don’t miss weather forecast for December

Winter is quickly approaching, and the latest forecast suggesting warmer-than-average conditions will prevail in the country to at least start the winter season.
The weather in December will not sharply differ from November's stable conditions. The average monthly temperature in Azerbaijan will be close to the climate norm and some places are expected to be above normal.
The amount of monthly precipitation will be mainly close to the climate norm and in some places exceeding it.
The average monthly temperature in Absheron will be 7-10 degrees (6-11 at night, in some cases, 0-3), 11-16 in the afternoon (some days 4-9 degrees), which is slightly above normal.
The average monthly air temperature in Nakchivan will range of 1-3 degrees, not moving away from the norm.
The temperature in Ganja, Gazakh and lowland Karabakh will be 3-8 degrees what is slightly above the norm. The same situation will be in the Greater Caucasus with its temperature above the norm, 2-6 degrees.
The weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be changeable cloudy on December 1. The south-west wind in the evening will switch to the northwest.
No snow in store for Baku in December. Skiers, snowboarders and other snow enthusiasts need to wait for snow in the other winter months.
