President Aliyev telephoned Russia's Putin
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on October 7, AzerTac state news agency reported.
The head of state congratulated President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, and wished him new success in his high state activity and robust health.
The Russian leader thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and congratulations.
During the phone conversation, the presidents noted with pleasure that the bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation were developing successfully and dynamically in all fields. The heads of state expressed their confidence that strategic partnership between the two countries would continue to strengthen.
