Archaeological researches to continue in Kangarli
An archaeological expedition of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) will continue researches in two ancient dwelling places of Kangarli region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from July 20, said Safar Ashurov, an official of the institute.
The scientists noted that the research would feature study of the cultural layers of the monuments, belonging to the 4th - 2nd millennium BC.
The archaeologists will conduct extensive researches in other regions of the autonomous republic, AzerTac state news agency reported
