The Heydar Aliyev Center has released a new Mobile App.

The application, available for IOS and Android, can be purchased in the App Store and Google play.

The app gives detailed information about the life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Heydar Aliyev Center itself.

The application also features the news and detailed information about events and exhibitions held in the center.

Users can also purchase online tickets for exhibitions and concerts hosted at the center, using the “buy tickets” feature under the E-ticket tab

Purchased tickets are stored in the "My Tickets" section. Once the consumer purchases a ticket, he/she will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Ticketholders can then present the ticket stored in the app on their mobile devices upon entry or provide a printout of the ticket via e-mail.

The futuristic Heydar Aliyev Center is a brilliant piece of post-modern architecture. The building’s shape is an eternal cycle, connecting the past with the present.

A bright white pearl of modern Baku, the center, designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid, was opened in the capital in 2012.

Recognized as a world masterpiece of architecture, the Heydar Aliyev Center has immediately grown into a signature architectural landmark of modern Baku. The building won the London Design Museum award in 2014.

The harmonious lines connecting to its interior design also attracts guests, who get the sense of being onboard a UFO.

The center is divided into three sections. One of the most popular is the Heydar Aliyev Museum, which describes the history of Azerbaijan through different stages of Heydar Aliyev’s life and work.

The second section is the Exhibition Halls, which consists of nine floors with exhibition halls, an administrative office, and a cafeteria.

The Auditorium is the last section. It contains four levels and contains two multifunctional conference halls, meeting rooms, and the media center.
