President Aliyev reviews construction at Baku White City boulevard

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the progress of construction at the Baku White City Boulevard.
The head of state was informed about the work carried out as part of the project launched in May, 2013.
President Aliyev gave relevant instructions.
The Baku White City Boulevard is created on the territory formerly known as "Black City", which housed numerous industrial enterprises. Its construction will complete the project "Baku - White City", which will be one of the largest modern projects in the world implemented in the industrial area with revived ecology.
The Baku White City Boulevard will have modern catering and service facilities. The green areas will be laid out here.
Along the sea there will be walking paths, held a special landscaping, implemented various shore protection works. In addition, to ensure the safety of traffic pedestrian crossings will be built on the boulevard.
This huge recreation area will be another attraction of the growing and developing Baku. Baku White City Boulevard will be a part of the famous sightseeing in Baku, the National Seaside Boulevard that now stretches over six kilometers.
