What weather has in store for us in November

Most people believe that November is the saddest month of the year. Undoubtedly, there are grains of truth in it, as cloudy weather, heavy rains and cold weather make each day of this month dismal.
However, upcoming November does not have too cold weather in store for Azerbaijan.
Overall, the temperature will be close to the norm in Azerbaijan, National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources said.
The weather on the first days, in the middle and some days of the third decades will be only a little below normal.
The average monthly precipitations will be close to normal and in some regions may even exceed the norm.
In Baku and Absheron Peninsula the monthly average temperature will be 11-13 degrees C above zero, being 5-10 C degrees at night and 11-16 degrees C during the day. Precipitation will be close to normal 28-38 mm.
The average temperature for Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in November will be 6-10 degrees C. Sometimes the weather may get cold reaching 0-3 degrees C at night and 3-8 degrees C during the day.
What about Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Lachin, and Zangilan of the Upper Karabakh, Dashkasan and Gadabay? The average temperature will stand at 4-8 degrees C. In the day time the thermometers will show 5-10 degrees C, while at night 1-5 degrees C. The monthly precipitation will be 27-34 mm, sometimes exceeding the norm.
The average monthly temperature of 9-11 C degrees will stand in Ganja, Gazakh, Terter, Agdam, Fuzuli and Jabrail regions of Azerbaijan. The average temperature will be 10-15 degrees C, whereas the temperature at night will sharply drop to 4-9 degrees C. The average monthly precipitation will be close to normal 15-24 mm.
The most cold regions would be Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Ismailli, Shamakhi, Shabran, Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz with the temperature predicted to be 6-10 degrees C, however on some days the temperature may change to 1-6 degrees C below zero at night. The daytimes are forecasted to be 9-14 degrees C above zero. The average monthly precipitations will be close to normal, 29-73 mm.
In the South regions; Masalli, Yardimli, Lerik and Astara, the monthly average temperature will be 8-13 degrees C. The estimated temperature during the day is 11-16 degrees C, at night, naturally will be cooler, 5-10 degrees C. On some days, the temperature will fluctuate, dropping up to 9 degrees C in the daytime and 8 degrees at night. The situation with precipitations are normal for the regions 55-170 mm.
The forecast for Central Aran - Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Geychay, Agdash, Kurdamir, Imishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Shirvan, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Neftchala and Salyan will be close to the normal. During the days, the temperature would be 12-17 degrees C, whereas at night 5-10 degrees C. The precipitation will be close to the average rate of 25-45 mm.
