"Seven years have passed since the establishment of AYOR, and today we can say with confidence that our organization has reached all its goals," Aliyeva said opening the conference.

AYOR aims to unite the Azerbaijani youth, help them integrate into Russian society, support all their plans and ideas, help them in their studies and pave the way for Azerbaijani youth living in Russia to adequately represent the rich culture, ancient history and traditions of their country.

AYOR has over 70 regional departments around Russia. Azerbaijani youth groups are active in many Russian universities.
