Turkish military medical academy's delegation visits Azerbaijan
A delegation of the Turkish Military Medical Academy Gulhane is on a visit to Azerbaijan.
The Defense Ministry reported that the delegation comprising of professors and associate professors is headed by the Colonel of Medical Service of the Military Medical Academy Professor, Turker Chetin.
Colonel Cetin and Chief of Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense, Major General Natig Aliyev discussed prospects of development in the field of military medicine and the possibility of preparation of medical officers in Turkey, as well as other issues of mutual interest at the meeting.
During the visit, the Turkish doctors will lecture to students of the Military Medical Faculty of the Azerbaijan Medical University, advise patients on treatment in the main hospital of the Armed Forces, conduct surgical and orthopedic surgery together with the Azerbaijani doctors.
