AIDA, IHR carry out joint research program
Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA), operating under the Foreign Ministry, and the Institute of Human Rights (IHR) of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) have implemented a joint research program on Azerbaijan and the Caspian Sea Basin in the third quarter of 2014.
The researchers from the leading international scientific institutions and think-tanks interested in the region participate in this program, AzerTag state news agency reported.
During July-August the specialist of International and European Union Law Institute of Mykolas Romeris University of Lithuania made a research at the Human Right Institute on the topic of "Restoration of violated rights of Azerbaijani refugees and displaced persons" and made presentation on the results of conducted research. The research outcomes are planned to be published in Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
This research program jointly implemented by AIDA and IHR is expected to continue in the future.
