Azerbaijan, NATO discuss future joint activities
BAKU – An expert meeting on the Individual Partnership Program between Azerbaijan and NATO has been held in the organization`s headquarters on Monday, the Foreign Ministry said.
Events in 2011 that will be attended by Azerbaijani state bodies involved in cooperation with NATO were discussed at the meeting. According to preliminary information, the representatives of Azerbaijani state agencies are expected to participate in 217 events.
NATO highly appreciated the events chosen by Azerbaijan under the program.
Officials of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and representation to NATO, representatives of NATO International Secretariat, International Military Headquarters and Allied Command Operations attended the meeting.
